Who we are

Angelica Gentile, Director and teacher of Angie's Clases de Ingles, she began teaching in 1987. At a very young age, only 15 years old, she began teaching at home. Little by little she discovered her passion for teaching, which is why she sought to climb her knowledge and go a little further than the First Certificate Diploma. Being almost 20 years old, she decided to take a study trip to the United Kingdom to specialize in the language. It was there that she received the certification from The Hampstead School of English with the qualification of Distinguished at the Advanced level. Her concern for improvement does not end there, that is why she decided to begin the English Teaching Course, and in a short time, she obtained the degree of teacher in the foreign language from Joaquin V. Gonzalez, an institution to which she owes her high knowledge and excellence in the subject. Angie is a tireless student, not only in her knowledge of the language but also in education.

In 2019 she obtained the certification in Psychoneuroeducator at the Medicine University of Buenos Aires. Passionate about neuroscience, she continued to do more training, Fundamentals of Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology and later the Diploma in Mental Health, both taught by EDUCAR Association. Convinced that the learning of English is not only learning the language, but also accompanying it with neuroscientific behavior in learning, is why she applies all this knowledge to the teaching of classes.

Her motto is always to continue learning.

Who we are

Angie’s Clases de Inglés was born in 1994 with the conviction of training students, not only in the foreign language, but also of fostering a love for self-improvement and personal transformation. It is our belief in being passionate about what we do and feeling comfortable with our actions that motivates us to grow as individuals and as an educational institution.

Learning methodology

The study methodology we use covers the four areas of language. To master a language it is necessary to be able to write, read, listen, understand and speak. That is why, through different techniques and monitoring of learning progress, we ensure that our students not only learn grammar and vocabulary but also manage the area of comprehension and communication using the language. Our motto is English for Life, which means that our students learn and develop language skills for life. Once the scaffolding of neural ties with the language is acquired, it is not forgotten, but is built and perfected through time and practice.

Neurosciences

Angie’s Clases de Inglés firmly believes in the importance of biological knowledge of our brain and its way of learning. That is why our classes are crossed by neurosciences applied to the study and motivation of student learning.
